Commentary

This is witness #958 transferred unchanged from modulus 3191 to modulus 3181. Direct enumeration at the new modulus gives exactly 33 solutions to a+3b=2c+2d, all diagonal. Two 1,500,000-step randomized extension walks, starting from this set and from the distinct 33-element repair of witness #984, did not find a 34th element.
