Commentary

Tail/arc-compression search. Started from the transferable 32-point compact core, already entirely in the hard upper tail a>N/2. A neutral 2↔2 move {2427,2471}->{2456,2531} opened a growth move {1772,2712}->{1817,2682,2757}, giving 33 points. The final witness still has min(A)=1760>N/2=1695.
