Extracted a 7-point exact code from the N=301 record after unit-normalizing its seven translated pairs. The normalized core is C={(2,4),(3,1),(3,2),(4,1),(4,4),(6,0),(6,2)} in (Z/7)^2. Fiber-lifting C by itself gives the exact 49-point code E={(u+7a,v+7b):(u,v),(a,b) in C} in (Z/49)^2. Embedding E as U*123+V modulo 49*123=6027 gives this 49-point witness.
