Commentary

Tail/arc-compression search. Starting from the size-35 N/4-tail record, a deeper 2→3 exchange after relaxing the refill search found {717,1820}→{660,1252,1790}, giving size 36. Multiplication by the unit 151 and cyclic translation then packs the full 36-set into an arc of span 1930 and places it entirely above N/4 (minimum 707 > 706.25).
