From the dense N=3750 seed: extract its 25-point exact core (24 +25 pairs plus one singleton), rotate to its optimal span-13 vertical coordinate w=u, then 5-adically fiber-lift by the exact five-point code H={(0,0),(2,1),(2,2),(3,0),(3,2)}. With horizontal h=v+3u, this gives a 125-point exact code modulo 125; the span bound makes the embedding valid for every q>=253. This is the q=266 member, N=33250.
