Commentary

Extracted from the N=3625 size-49 seed: its 24 exact +25 pairs plus singleton form a 25-point exact code C in (Z/25)^2. Swapping coordinates gives vertical span 13. Tensor C with the integer genus-one set T={0,1,6,7,15}; then choose horizontal coordinate 4v. This exceptional boundary orientation is already a full 125-point witness at q=1551.
