From the N=925 seed: complete its affine-normalized 22-point exact (Z/25)^2 code to a saturated 25-point core, use GL2(Z/25) coordinates [[20,3],[23,10]], double by vertical shift 25, then delete ten q=124 wraparound-defect points.
