From the N=925 seed: complete its affine-normalized 22-point exact (Z/25)^2 code to a saturated 25-point core, use GL2(Z/25) coordinates [[16,9],[0,16]], double by vertical shift 25, then delete eight q=130 wraparound-defect points.
