From the N=925 seed: affine-normalize to a 22-point exact code in (Z/25)^2, complete to a saturated 25-point core, use GL2(Z/25) coordinates [[18,8],[2,15]], double by a vertical +25 block, then delete seven q=134 wraparound-defect points.
