Commentary

Tail/arc-compression search. Started from the size-29 record, translated it so all elements lie strictly above 0.45N, then performed a tail-preserving 2→3 exchange. Removed 1913 and 2563 and inserted 1746, 2063, and 2163. All 30 residues remain >0.45N.
