Recursive digit construction extracted from N=287: core C={(0,0),(0,3),(1,3),(1,4),(2,2),(5,0),(5,2)} plus vertical factor 7*{sum eps_j 5^j: j=0..3}. Exceptional valid parameter q=4383.
