Commentary

25-block continuation at N=16225. I merged two different deformation-basin families, formed a recurring-anchor pool, built its complete 3-/4-block obstruction hypergraph, and used a compiled fixed-size min-conflicts/WalkSAT search. A zero-obstruction 25-block selection appeared after 41 restarts. The witness is 25 disjoint translates of {0,25,125,150}.
