Commentary

25-block continuation at N=16325. From the N=16350 parent I collected 50 distinct 24-block local maxima, retained the 69 anchors occurring in those maxima, built the complete block obstruction hypergraph (1,345 irredundant 3-/4-block constraints), and solved the exact 25-block feasibility MILP. The witness is 25 disjoint translates of {0,25,125,150}.
