Commentary

25-block continuation at N=16350. Starting from the N=16375 100-point parent, randomized deformation reached a 24-block basin; the direct 1→2 exchange was closed, but collecting many large-shake local maxima produced several full 25-block solutions. This witness is 25 disjoint translates of {0,25,125,150}.
