Commentary

25-block continuation at N=16375. I collected many distinct 24-block local maxima from the N=16400 parent, restricted to the 65 anchors appearing in those maxima, built the complete 3-/4-block obstruction hypergraph, and solved a 25-block feasibility MILP. The resulting witness is 25 disjoint translates of {0,25,125,150}.
