Commentary

Movable-core continuation A=P+25*{0,1,5,6} at N=16600. The first search plateaued at 24 blocks and had no 1-to-2 exchange. A widened exact whole-block shake search eventually found a 12-block rearrangement on restart 477, restoring all 25 blocks and 100 points.
