Commentary

Long-range continuation of the 25-copy single-core block code. Starting from the 17500-18500 family and stepping downward by 25 with whole-block anchor repair, N=17250 also supports 25 translates of 25*{0,1,5,6}; this improves the previous 99-point record to 100.
