Commentary

Block-code continuation from the 100-point N=17975 witness. Direct greedy repair at N=17950 stalled at 23 blocks, but randomized deletion/refill of whole blocks found a new 25-anchor arrangement. Final witness again uses only 25 translates of the single core 25*{0,1,5,6}, giving 100 points.
