Commentary

Iterated block-code deformation. Used the new 100-point N=18025 witness as parent rather than deforming directly from 18125. Its 25 blocks all use core 25*{0,1,5,6}; 22 blocks remain compatible at N=18000, and re-anchoring three blocks at p=25,744,9378 restores 25 blocks = 100 points.
