Commentary

Improves the 92-point whole-block transfer from the 18125=29*25^2 template. Keep 23 inherited four-point 29-core blocks and replace the two lost blocks by re-anchored copies 730+25*{0,1,5,6} and 7965+25*{0,1,5,6}. This restores 25 complete blocks = 100 points at N=18075.
