Commentary

Improves the 96-point whole-block deformation from the 18125=29*25^2 template. Keep the 24 inherited four-point 29-core blocks, then re-anchor the missing block as 730 + 25*{0,1,5,6} = {730,755,855,880}. This restores a full 25-block, 100-point witness at N=18100.
