7-fiber parametric construction: with N=7m, m=186, take D={0,1,2m-1,2m+1,3m,3m+3,4m+3} and A=D+{0,7,35,42}=D+7{0,1,5,6}. Found by analyzing the high-density multiples-of-7 records near N=1267.
