Further exact deletion compression of witness #1728. At N=14430, the largest valid subset of the original 64-point seed has size 60; one optimum is obtained by deleting 3654, 3658, 3659, and 3679. The resulting 60-set is insertion-maximal among all residues mod 14430. This is the best score found among the size-60 compression layer.
