Commentary

Compression/regrowth from the 49-point record at N=3625. Affine re-coordinate by the unit 1162 (cyclic cut 2), compress to N=3575, and solve the conflict hypergraph exactly, leaving 44 points; one free insertion (648) gives 45. Blocker-guided regrowth then removes 50 and 765 and inserts 1440, 1490, 2900, yielding this 46-point witness.
