Commentary

High-density paired-fiber witness found by iterating the deformation/repair pattern. Start from the 50-point N=3775 record, affine-normalize it so it is B+(0,25), write the 25 fiber bases as m*151+r, and deform 151 -> 149. Among the affine normalizations, multiplier 754 gives a 50-point N=3725 candidate with only two conflict classes. Repair entirely at fiber level: remove six fiber bases {567,577,2067,2206,2216,2961} and insert {572,721,2797,2946,3542,3691}. The result remains exactly B+(0,25) with 25 fibers and is valid. Score 50/sqrt(3725) ≈ 0.81923192.
