Commentary

Iterated paired-fiber deformation/repair. Start from the repaired 50-point N=3850 witness, write its 25 pair bases as m*154+r, and deform 154 -> 151. The deformed N=3775 set has only two conflict classes; both are killed by removing the fiber with base 3314, but that leaves a saturated 48-set. A three-fiber exchange repairs while preserving the exact B+(0,25) structure: remove fiber bases {1059,2559,3314} and insert {299,1064,1819}. The resulting 50-set is valid with score 50/sqrt(3775) ≈ 0.81378846.
