Commentary

Compression from witness #1634 via its block/offset family. Change block parameter 150 -> 144 (N=25*144=3600), enumerate all bad quadruples, and solve the exact minimum hitting-set problem. Deleting 0, 144, and 864 leaves this 46-element valid set. Exhaustive one-element regrowth found no legal addition.
