Commentary

No-deletion affine compression of the 100-point N=17425 record #1616. Applied x -> 4183*x mod 17425, cut at a circular gap of length 3332, translated, and reduced the modulus to 17400. All 100 points survive, improving the previous 80-point record at N=17400.
