Commentary

Sumset -> compression from the N=660 local maximum #1577 using the 5-point witness {0,1,5,27,37} modulo 45. The raw product has 100 points modulo 29700. After affine automorphism x -> 23843*x mod 29700, a circular cut and gap closure compress it to N=29285 while retaining all 100 points.
