Commentary

Mixed-radix sum-set construction from the 9-point record at N=125 and the 7-point record at N=118: A=A_125+125 A_118 in Z/(125*118)Z. Reducing a+3b=2c+2d modulo 125 forces all low digits equal; canceling and dividing by 125 reduces to the valid N=118 relation on the high digits. Hence all four terms are equal and the 9*7=63 point set is valid.
