Sumset/product construction starting from witness #1522 at N=725 (22 points) and the 3-point witness {0,1,8} at N=19. Used the mixed-radix product B + 19A in Z/(19*725)Z. Validity follows from the product construction and was also checked exactly (only diagonal solutions). This is being used as a new local base for subsequent compression.
