Found via a top-down fiber-deletion / coordinated exchange search. The search used N=3625=5*725 as an incubator: optimized interacting mod-5 fibers in the larger modulus, then extracted this improved 22-point fiber modulo 725. Exact verification gives only diagonal solutions.
