Found by generalizing the N=104=8*13 witness as a full CRT graph. Under Z/350 ≅ Z/14 × Z/25, this is A={(r,f(r)): r∈Z/14} with f=(0,3,21,7,8,24,8,7,21,3,0,1,6,1). Searched directly in the space of graph labelings, using the number of nontrivial solutions to a+3b=2c+2d as the objective.
